Die Vorträge beginnen jeweils um 17 Uhr und werden in englischer Sprache gehalten. Sie finden im Seminarraum der Himmelfahrtkirche auf dem Auguste.Victoria-Compound statt. Anschließend gibt es einen kleinen Empfang im Institut.
